Section 215
<br> to hear the appeal
After the expiry of the deadline according to section 214, if the respondent appears and both the appellant and the respondent are present on the same day, the hearing date shall be fixed on the same day and even if both of them or one of the parties is not present on the date, the appeal shall be heard on the date of hearing on the appeal.
(2) Even if the respondent is not present after the expiry of the period according to section 214, the court hearing the appeal shall hear the appeal.
(3) After hearing the appeal in accordance with subsection (1) or (2), the court hearing the appeal shall make a decision as determined.
(4) The court hearing the appeal shall make a decision on the appeal in accordance with schedule-23.
(2) Even if the respondent is not present after the expiry of the period according to section 214, the court hearing the appeal shall hear the appeal.
(3) After hearing the appeal in accordance with subsection (1) or (2), the court hearing the appeal shall make a decision as determined.
(4) The court hearing the appeal shall make a decision on the appeal in accordance with schedule-23.
